NOTE: If you have already registered and want to sign up your children for the Kids Track or the Kids Valentine Welcome Reception and/or Kids Masquerade Gala, or use Time Out Sitters for babysitting for children aged 18 months to 3 years old,
you can go back into your account to make those changes. Please click here to access your account

  • Babysitting in your room is offered by the hotel, as is their own Kids Club, which has limited availability. You must be staying at the resort to take advantage of this. Please call the hotel directly on pricing at (210) 558-6500.
  • 18 months to 3 years old - we are hiring an outside vendor, Time Out Sitters. Newborn to 12 months are $75.00 evening and 13 months to 35 months are $125.00 all day.
  • 3 years and upwards Kids Tracks being offered daily at $100/child/day running from 8am until 4pm and will include breakfast and lunch.
  • Kids Valentine Welcome Reception Friday night $50/child and Kids Masquerade Gala Saturday night are $50/child.
  • You can also arrange for ‘in room” babysitting directly with the Time Out Sitters as well but you would need to call to schedule that on your own at 254-535-2448.
